The founder of Ray Kroc, believed people should not choose between education and employment so he offers every employee to complete training and gain qualifications for example apprenticeships or foundation degree and also other scholarships.

Hamburger University

Hamburger University provides training and development system for everyone. It offers management curriculum and also teaching 28 languages such as French, Japanese, Mandarin, French and many more. Overall, there are more than 5000 students every year participate the courses and curriculum in Hamburger University.

Most of the curriculum provides On-the-Job training while attending the curriculum in Hamburger University.
