chain. McDonald have over 31 million franchise
in 119 countries. Ray Kroc tried be open-minded but doing on his own ways so
that he could get new inspirations and ideas from the employees. He can know
his mistakes or any improvement he could make. This benefit both parties which
is consider as one of the successful factor of managing in shaping his
subordinates.
