Leadership

Leadership

Leaders are partners who guide us through our challenges with instructions just like a mentor guiding the mentee. We know that leaders have many responsibilities to guide us and work together for a better future. Leadership can involve motivating and setting objectives so that people would not feel lost. Leaders identify the problems and produce solutions by thinking creatively as soon as possible. I would prefer a confident leader that can guide us through challenge. Aside from that, I hope that leaders are also to be open-minded so that they could accept others’ opinions. Patience and responsibility are also one of the important characteristics of leader so that they could guide us with caring and being more responsible for their work.
